We searched and found no US authorization record. Absence of a record is itself the finding, and it is why the platform reads the way it does below.
Built at RoboFab in Oregon. The most open ordering route we found for a US-made industrial humanoid.
Who can buy it, and with what money
Two different gates. Whether a platform may be sold at all is set by FCC authorization and binds everyone. Whether a particular buyer may spend a particular kind of money on it is set by procurement law and binds public money only. The same machine can pass one and fail the other.

On 28 July 2026 the FCC added a class of foreign-produced advanced robotic devices to its Covered List. The definition is conjunctive and reaches a device only when all five elements are true at once: foreign produced, over 4.4 lb including any dock or charging base, carrying environmental sensors, networked at 200 kbps or more, and running autonomous navigation or remote-control software. A covered device cannot receive a new equipment authorization, and without one it cannot lawfully be imported or marketed in the United States. Devices authorized before that date keep their authorization, and newly built units of those models may still be imported and sold. That single date is what separates the platforms on this site that can ship from the ones that cannot.
