Privacy policy
This policy describes what Bonded Robotics collects when you use bondedrobotics.com, why, and what we do with it. Source Launch Fulfill (trading as Bonded Robotics) is the data controller. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version
We collect the details you type into a form, and a record of which pages were viewed in your browsing session. We do not use cookies, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share anything with anyone for their own marketing.
If you never fill in a form, we never learn who you are.
What you give us
Two forms on this site collect personal information.
- A quote request asks for your name, work email, company, an optional phone number, the platform and application you have in mind, your timeline, and where the machine would be delivered.
- The Import Brief signup asks for an email address only.
We use a quote request to price the machine and answer your question, and we use it for the follow-up conversation that request begins. We use a brief signup to send the Import Brief and nothing else.
What your browser tells us
We keep our own analytics rather than handing your visit to a third-party advertising network. For each page view we record the path, the page you first arrived on, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link you followed, a coarse device class, and the country reported by our content network at the edge.
We do not store your IP address. We do not use cookies, and there is nothing to consent to.
Views are grouped by a random identifier held in your browser's session storage. It is created when you arrive, it is not tied to anything about you, and it is destroyed when you close the tab. If you later submit a form in the same session, that identifier lets us see which pages preceded the request, which is how we learn what people actually read before they ask a question.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of vendors, each for one job, each under their own terms:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- Supabase stores our analytics and a copy of each request.
- Resend delivers our email.
- Cloudinary serves images and video.
None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in California law.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we may need them for the commercial relationship and for the record-keeping that importing requires, and then deleted.
Brief subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from the sending list; we keep a note that the address opted out so that we do not add it again by mistake.
Analytics rows are kept in aggregate. They contain no identifying information on their own.
Your choices
Every Import Brief email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to bailey@sourcelaunchfulfill.com. We will confirm the request and act on it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law, in California, in other US states with comparable statutes, and in the United Kingdom and European Union; we apply the same practice to everyone rather than sorting people by jurisdiction.
We do not use automated decision-making, and this site is not directed at children.
Security, honestly stated
The site is served over TLS, form submissions are validated server-side, and the keys the browser holds can only write, never read. Our analytics tables cannot be read by the site at all.
No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If information we hold is exposed, we will tell the people affected.
Changes
This policy was last revised on 5 September 2026. If it changes materially we will change the date here and, where the change affects people already on our list, say so in the Import Brief.
