Honest lead times
Large lithium platforms move by ocean freight under UN 38.3 documentation. Freight-market guidance for that lane runs to roughly 30 to 45 days plus clearance, which we have not yet tested with a shipment of our own, so a quote carries a dated transit estimate and names where it came from rather than promising a week.
A named service contact
Nothing has shipped yet, so no unit is in service and there are no technicians on payroll. What we commit to on the first order is a named contact attached to the unit, and the warranty, which is the manufacturer's, administered from here rather than by return-shipping a 60 kg machine to Shenzhen. We will tell you what is in place on the day you order.
