Terms of sale
These terms govern quotations and orders placed with Source Launch Fulfill (trading as Bonded Robotics). They exist so that both sides know what was agreed before money moves. Where a signed quotation or purchase agreement says something different, that document wins.

Quotations
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices are quoted in writing, per platform, per configuration, and per destination, because duty, freight and lead time all move with those three things.
A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, it is valid for fourteen days. Quotations are subject to the platform remaining available to import and sell at the time of order, which in this market is not a formality.
What a quoted price includes
We quote landed cost. Unless the quotation says otherwise that figure names the unit, freight to the destination, customs duty and applicable tariffs, and commissioning. Anything excluded is listed as its own line rather than left to be discovered later.
Insurance, extended service plans, spares and training are quoted separately and are optional.
Tariffs and duty
Tariff rates on this class of goods have changed repeatedly and can change again between quotation and arrival. Where a quotation is issued before goods ship, it states the tariff basis it was calculated on.
If a new or increased duty, tariff or trade measure takes effect after the quotation date and applies to the shipment, we will tell you the amount and the authority for it in writing before proceeding, and you may cancel the affected line and receive back any deposit paid on it rather than accept the increase.
Regulatory status
We state the regulatory position of every platform we quote, and we cite the record it comes from. We represent that we have read that record and reported it accurately as at the compiled date shown.
We do not represent that a platform holds an authorization it does not hold, and we do not guarantee that the law will not change. Rules governing the import and marketing of foreign-produced robotic and uncrewed systems are actively changing. Where a change stops us lawfully supplying an ordered platform, the order is cancelled and every payment made against it is returned in full.
Whether a particular buyer may lawfully purchase or operate a platform, including any procurement restriction that applies to public money and any operating rule that applies in the air, is the buyer's responsibility. We will tell you what we know and point you at the source. We are not your counsel.
Orders, deposits and payment
An order is formed when you accept a written quotation and we acknowledge it. Orders are placed against production slots, so a deposit is normally required to reserve one; the amount and the schedule are on the quotation.
Deposits are applied to the order. Where an order is cancelled by you after a production slot has been committed, the deposit is refundable only to the extent that the manufacturer releases it to us, and we will show you what was released.
Payment is by bank transfer unless the quotation says otherwise. We do not take card payments for platform orders, and we will never ask you to change payment details by email; if you receive such a request, telephone us before acting on it.
Lead times, delivery, title and risk
Lead times are estimates given in good faith from the manufacturer's stated schedule. They are not guarantees, and freight and customs clearance are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes on delivery to the destination stated on the quotation. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
Delivery is to a ground-floor loading point unless the quotation provides for more. These machines are heavy and crated; site access, rigging and placement beyond that point are quoted separately.
Commissioning, warranty and service
Platforms are unpacked, powered, calibrated and function-tested before they reach your floor. Commissioning is included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise.
Warranty is the manufacturer's warranty for the platform, administered by us in the United States, for the period stated on the quotation. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear items, consumables, damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or operation outside the published environmental limits.
Where a warranty claim requires the manufacturer's participation we handle that correspondence. We do not warrant that a platform is fit for a purpose we were not told about, so tell us the job.
Specifications and imagery
Figures published on this site describe a platform class and are not measurements of a specific unit. The manufacturer, model and configuration of what you are buying are confirmed in writing on the quotation, against the manufacturer's own datasheet, before any deposit is taken.
Product imagery on this site is generated concept art until manufacturer photography is licensed, and it is captioned as such. It is illustrative and forms no part of the specification.
Insurance and coverage
Coverage offered alongside a platform is arranged through licensed third parties. We are not an insurer and we do not underwrite risk. Cover is subject to the policy the carrier issues, and that policy governs.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid to us under that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, or other indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction. Source Launch Fulfill (trading as Bonded Robotics) is the contracting party.
